For personal Microsoft accounts

Bring your own OneDrive into Claude

Anthropic's official Microsoft 365 connector only works with a business account. This one is built for the rest of us — Outlook.com, Hotmail, and Microsoft 365 Family.

Why this exists

If you've tried connecting your personal OneDrive to Claude, you've probably hit a wall: the built-in Microsoft 365 connector needs a work or school account tied to a business tenant. Personal accounts get rejected before you even see a consent screen.

This connector fixes that specific gap. Sign in with your own Microsoft account, and Claude can search, read, upload, and share files in your OneDrive — the same way it already works for business users, just for the rest of us.

Getting started

  1. Subscribe above

Use the email address you'll sign into Microsoft with — it's how the connector recognizes you.

  2. Open Claude on web or desktop

Go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. (This step needs web or desktop — mobile can't add a connector for the first time.)

  3. Paste the connector address

    Enter https://mcp-github-oauth.benakan.workers.dev/mcp and click Continue.

  4. Sign in with Microsoft

Use your personal account — Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or Microsoft 365 Family all work.

  5. Start using it

Ask Claude to search, read, or share a file from your OneDrive. It'll ask permission the first time you use each tool.

This connector stores only an encrypted Microsoft sign-in token for your account — never the contents of your files. You can disconnect at any time from Claude's Connector settings.
